Our Vision:
YOUTHONE IS A PEER TO PEER MENTORING MOVEMENT.
We are not a project with a youth program led by adults, we are an organization 100% dedicated to youth, led by youth and operated by the youth. Obviously our team of caring and supportive background screened trained adult role models oversee and supervise all the operations and tracks to ensure our students are safe and develop leadership to succeed in life.
All ideas, plans and tracks are discussed by youth in our advisory committee then presented to the Lake County Youth Services Dba YouthOne Executive Director then if necessary pursuant to the bylaws and minutes presented by our youth advisor to our full board of directors
WE MULTIPLY TO CHANGE THE MASSES THROUGH DISCIPLESHIP
We raise up leaders who create more leaders who change more lives. We develop life-changing youth center and safe environments, unleashing all youth to live out their lives full of purpose, hope and a foundation of strong character traits.
WE BELIEVE TOGETHER AS ONE; EVERYTHING IS POSSIBLE.
To unleash individual potential, in an all inclusive and non-judgmental manner; regardless of politics, religion, sexual preference, athletic or academic ability. Were building deep and empowering relationships.
