YouthOne is seeking caring, responsible and dedicated role models to mentor our youth. 

Our FAME program requires a strict student to adult ratio to operate its Fitness, Arts, Music and Enrichment tracks including travel, tournaments, clinics, workshops, sports, tutoring, life skills, off-site adventures, events, activities and camps. 

If you have a clean criminal background and driving history, reliable transportation and a heart for youth; then we would like to encourage you to please complete our simple to use online form in less than  mins. 

You will be contacted for a zoom interview; once your volunteer application is submitted, your live scan criminal background, docs & ID are processed all qualified candidates without an adverse criminal and driving history will be invited for an in person interview.

We encourage you to Pre-Register your child to be apart of one of our YouthOne memberships to take full advantage of our F.A.M.E. program including Fitness, Arts, Music, and Enrichment tracks including sports, tutoring, life skills, off-site adventures, events, activities and camps.

Upon completion of this online registration form; you as parents/guardians and your child will be invited to participate in an in person interview and orientation; once your entire registration is completed, color photo, short term guardianship, required documents, birth certificate, school records, health forms, waiver and release agreements and membership applications submitted and processed.
