How can FitnessOne improve my child's motivation and behavior? Tired of your child being on their technology devices and being lazy around the house? Learn more about FitnessOne!
FitnessOne is not simply a scaled down fitness, workout program but an intense conditioning program for Youth ages 8 to 11 and 12 yrs to 15 yrs old and 16 yrs old to 18 yrs old; but it is designed for a special population and the specific developmental needs of that population (neurological, cognitive, motor).
Launching in July of 2022, FitnessOne will serve three Youth populations from elementary from 8 yrs to 11 yrs olds and 12 yr olds to 15 yrs old and 16 yrs to 18 yrs old. FitnessOne will be the "The Future Of Youth Conditioning" and is currently only offered at YouthOne @ The Clearlake Youth Center.
By 2023 FitnessOne is going to be expanded around Lake County California to include Middletown, Kelseyville, Lakeport, Upperlake, Cobb, and Middletown. FitnessOne is a strength, endurance and conditioning program that is specifically designed for youth to assist them in developing a lifelong love of fitness, hunger for improved life skills and desire to reach their full potential. In a group setting, our student will participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well- rounded athletes.
With a network of Trainers throughout the United States, FitnessOne is positioned to remotely bring instruction to our sessions via a combination of streamed instruction and live in person training. FitnessOne plans to bring its structure into preschools through high schools with before-and-after school programs and integration into Physical Education curriculum.
FitnessOne.org in collaboration with nationally recognized organizations such as AAU contains thousands of archived workouts, video demonstrations and informative articles that provide interested parents or teachers with a foundation for understanding how the FitnessOne program can be implemented at home as well as in the YouthOne Center.
FitnessOne workouts and conditioning consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and scaleable for any participant at any level. Our classes include non-contact boxing, martial arts, cardio, and body weight training to maximize the results and minimize risk of injury.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR FITNESSONE? This means that, for the most part, no two workouts or conditioning sessions are the same, so kids and teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout keeps them excited about participating.
The functional movements involve exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do when they play: pull, push, run, throw, climb, lift and jump. Our workouts and conditioning will increase physical competence in 10 fitness domains: Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance, and Accuracy. With workouts and conditioning programs that are scaleable, All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of our trainers, in security monitored facilities with fully background checked staff to not only hold each child accountable to reach their full potential physically through FitnessOne.
To complete the whole mind and body component each child will be offered the optional opportunity to be introduced to adopt our solid principles, character traits and morals through our MentorOne.org program. FitnessOne is broad, inclusive and general it means that participants will become well-rounded athletes who will be better at any and every sport that they play or just overall healthier individuals because FitnessOne doesn’t coach or train them to be good at just one sport.
FitnessOne can equally benefit a child who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts and conditioning so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.
Since Covid 19 school closures, remote learning and homeschooling children are experienced isolation, depression, high anxiety and behavior problems. Most children have also been invited into gangs, experimenting with vaping, alcohol and drugs, participating in inappropriate online content, bullying, violence, abuse, financial hardship, lack healthy nutrition, health care, and the environment to not only survive in but also thrive in.
